  • Copy Coupon Code. Visit Respective Website. Apply the Code
  • Physically going to the store to redeem the offer for an in-person transaction using the Coupon Code
  • Click on the Direct Link given with the offer to avail the discount
Different Points Will be credited to your account on different good deeds. For example, you will get 1000 Points on donating Blood.
No-never, your CitizenRewards points will never expire. We believe that you have earned those points by showcasing good behaviour and you deserve all the credit and benefit for being a good citizen of India.
No, your CitizenRewards points can only be used for availing the offers/coupons which are displayed and visible on the CitizenRewards Mobile app. Also, the points are not transferable to anyone as they do not carry any currency value.
No, the offer once redeemed cannot be cancelled or reverted. If you feel the need, you can use the offer before the expiry date.

Every reward has an expiry date which can be seen on the details page of the App. Before redeeming your CR Points, you can check the expiry date of the Reward. If you try to redeem an expired reward Points will be deducted but you will be able to avail the offer.
